At SalanSar Taskkit, all our software tools and utilities are delivered digitally and are specifically designed for use on Windows operating systems. We do not ship any physical products. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will instantly receive a download link and/or license key on your registered email address. In some cases, the confirmation email may take up to 1–2 hours due to payment gateway or email server delays. If you do not receive your software within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder and verify your email address. Our software can be accessed worldwide, subject to Windows system compatibility and applicable legal restrictions in your country.

Return & Exchange Policy

At SalanSar Taskkit, our products are delivered digitally and are not eligible for physical return or exchange. Once a software product has been purchased and the download link or license key has been issued, it is considered delivered and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you experience any issues such as a defective file, download error, or activation problem, we will provide prompt assistance to resolve the matter. In rare cases where the software is proven to be unusable on a supported Windows system, we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange or replacement license.
